AssuredPartners to launch $500 million term loan B on Wednesday

New York, Feb. 6 – AssuredPartners Inc. is set to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a $500 million seven-year senior secured incremental first-lien term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the left lead arranger on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay revolving credit facility borrowings, to fund acquisitions under letters of intent and for general corporate purposes.

AssuredPartners is a Lake Mary, Fla.-based insurance brokerage firm.
