Fitch affirms Arcil

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Asset Reconstruction (Co.) India Ltd.'s (Arcil) national long-term rating at A+(ind) and its Rs. 6 billion long-term bank loans at A+(ind).

The outlook is stable.

The affirmations are based on an expectation of Arcil's stable performance over the medium-term, as well as its sustained low leverage, which is a key rating driver, Fitch said.

The ratings take into account the high business risk of servicing and investing in distressed assets, which is partly offset by Arcil's low financial risk, the agency said.

The ratings also consider the company's limited history of operating through an economic cycle, Fitch said.
