Moody's may downgrade Asia Aluminum

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the B1 corporate family and senior unsecured bond ratings of Asia Aluminum Holdings Ltd. on review for possible downgrade following the company's failure to file its interim results, as required by the terms of the indenture, with its trustee within 45 days after the end of its second financial quarter.

The agency said the rating will likely be downgraded if Asia Aluminum fails to comply with this reporting requirement and triggers an event of default.
