Accelr8 Technology orchestrates private placement of equity

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 21 - Accelr8 Technology Corp. said it began a private sale of equity on Dec. 16.

Based in Denver, Accelr8 is a developer of materials for applications in medical instrumentation, basic research, drug discovery and bio-detection.
