Arris Group files automatic shelf registration

Philadelphia, Nov. 6 - Arris Group, Inc. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common stock and convertible debt securities.

The Suwanee, Ga.-based telecommunications company provides broadband local access network equipment.
