Ares XXVI CLO directed to redeem secured, subordinated notes Dec. 8

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 9 – Ares XXVI CLO, Ltd./Ares XXVI CLO LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem all classes of its secured notes and the subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full on Dec. 8 using disposition proceeds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
