ACA forbearance extended to July 15

Pittsburgh, June 20 - ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. said the expiration date for the fifth forbearance agreement with its structured credit counterparties has been extended through 6 p.m. ET on July 15, according to a company news release.

The agreement was previously set to expire at 6 p.m. ET on June 20.

ACA is a New York-based diversified financial insurance company.
