Mexico's Arendal launches $100 million notes due May 2016 at 10½%; pricing Wednesday

Atlanta, May 14 - Mexico's Arendal S de RL de CV launched $100 million notes due May 29, 2016 (expected ratings: /B/B) at 10½%, a market source said Wednesday.

The notes were talked at a yield in the mid-10% area.

Espirito Santo Investment Bank is the bookrunner for the deal, which includes a change-of-control put at 101%.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes are expected to price Wednesday.

Arendal is a construction company based in Monterrey.
