Archway Cookies estate fully administered; Chapter 7 case closed

Pittsburgh, April 30 – Archway Cookies, LLC’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case was closed Tuesday by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The final decree entered by the court said Archway’s estate has been fully administered.

Archway, a Battle Creek, Mich.-based cookie company, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 6, 2008. The Chapter 7 case number is 08-12323.
