Abu Dhabi talks dollar benchmark notes due in five, 10 years

Atlanta, April 25 – Abu Dhabi set talk for a two-tranche offering of benchmark-sized and dollar-denominated notes (expected ratings: AA/AA), a market source said.
The five-year notes were talked at a spread in the Treasuries plus 110 basis points area.
The 10-year notes were talked at a spread in the Treasuries plus 150 bps area.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
