Appvion asset sale approval hearing postponed to May 14 from April 26

Pittsburgh, April 26 – Appvion, Inc.’s asset sale approval hearing has been rescheduled for May 14, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was previously scheduled to be held on April 26.

Appvion is an Appleton, Wis., producer of thermal, carbonless, security, inkjet, digital specialty and colored papers. The company filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 1, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-12082.
