New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.92 million leveraged market-linked securities with downside on stocks

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.92 million of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due Jan. 25, 2027 linked to the stock performance of Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each stock finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.135 times the return of the least-performing stock.
Investors will receive par if the worst performer declines by no more than 25% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer if it declines by more than 25%.
