Olympia, Wash., April 17 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $657,000 of 10% fixed-coupon autocallable securities due July 13, 2021 linked to the American depository shares of Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.
After six months, the notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly determination date other than the final one.
If the stock’s final level is at least 71% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
If the stock finishes below 71% of its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
