Seattle, March 31 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $10,000,005 of 5% Yeelds (Yield Enhanced Equity-Linked Debt Securities) due April 5, 2008 linked to Apple Computer Inc. stock, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
