Lexington, Ky., March 3 – Aozora Bank Ltd. sold $350 million 5.9% bonds due March 2, 2026, according to a listing notice on Thursday.
Listing is expected on the Singapore Exchange on March 3.
The bonds have been recognized by the SGX sustainable fixed-income initiative.
The issuer is a Japanese commercial bank, formerly Nippon Credit Bank.
