ANZ monitors market to determine timing of five-year senior note sale

By Andrea Heisinger

Omaha, July 1 - Australia's ANZ is continuing to monitor the market Tuesday, but has not decided on timing of its upcoming offering of five-year senior notes, a source close to the deal said.

A two-day roadshow for the issue wrapped on Friday, with pricing initially expected for this week.

During a conversation with the company Tuesday, no timing was set, the source said.

Bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The financial institution is based in Melbourne, Australia.
