New Issue: ABN Amro prices $1.55 million 16.5% notes linked to JetBlue

New York, Jan. 30 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced a $1.55 million issue of 16.5% Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable Securities due Jan. 31, 2008 linked to the common stock of JetBlue Airways Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless JetBlue stock falls below the knock-in level during the life of the notes and finishes below the initial share price of $14.38, in which case the payout will be 69.541 shares. The knock-in level is 70% of the initial level.
