New Issue: ABN Amro prices $1.13 million notes linked to Dow Jones Industrial Average

New York, May 27 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $1.13 million of notes in the Shields (Structured Hybrid Equity-Linked Securities) structure linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity the securities pay a return of 60% of the gain on the index, with a minimum payout to $1,035 per $1,000 principal amount.

ABN Amro Financial Services, Inc. and ABN Amro Inc. were the underwriters.
