San Diego, Dec. 21 - Two Roads Shared Trust announced in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission its plans to launch the Anfield Universal Fixed Income Fund.

The fund will seek current income. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, including any borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of fixed-income instruments, with up to 30% of the assets invested in high-yield securities. The fund's average duration is expected to be from four to 10 years.

Benjamin Trosky and Cyrille Conseil will be the portfolio managers.

The fund will launch with class A, class A1, class C, class I and class R shares. Ticker symbols have not yet been set.

Shareholder fees will consist of a 5.75% sales load for class A and class A1 shares and a 1% deferred sales load for class A, class A1 and class C shares.

Although total annual fund operating expenses have not yet been set, management fees will be 1.15%.

Newport Beach, Calif.-based Belvedere Asset Management, LLC will be the investment adviser to the fund. Anfield Capital Management, LLC will be the subadviser.
