Ability Drilling to make NOK 8.13 million distribution to bondholders

Pittsburgh, Dec. 3 – Ability Drilling ASA’s bankruptcy estate will make a NOK 8.13 million final distribution to holders of its callable senior unsecured bond issue 2007/2012 on Dec. 5 or Dec. 6, according to a notice from bond loan trustee Nordic Trustee ASA.

The distribution equals 4.5611% of remaining claims, including 4.60909% of unpaid interest due May 13, 2009 and 5.25113% of the face value of the bonds.

The record date for the distribution was the end of business on Dec. 3.

Ability is a Straume, Norway-based onshore drilling contractor.
