American Tower to sell senior notes in two tranches due 2026, 2031; price talk set

Los Angeles, March 24 – American Tower Corp. plans to price senior notes in two parts due April 15, 2026 and April 15, 2031, according to a market source and a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Initial price talk for the 2026 notes is in the Treasuries plus 95 basis points to 100 bps area, and initial price talk for the 2031 notes is in the Treasuries plus 130 bps to 135 bps area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt under the company’s multicurrency credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

American Tower is a Boston-based real estate investment trust that owns wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure.
