New Issue: American Honda Finance sells $900 million 4.625% five-year notes at Treasuries plus 210 bps

Omaha, March 26 - American Honda Finance Corp. priced $900 million 4.625% five-year notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 210 basis points, a market source said.

The Rule 144A notes (Aa3/A+) priced at 99.588.

Bookrunners were Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The wholesale and retail financing arm of Honda is based in Torrance, Calif.
