Columbus, Ohio, July 10 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $600 million of one-year floating-rate medium-term notes (A3/A-) on July 5 at par with a coupon of compounded SOFR plus 62 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable and resets monthly.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp. was the agent.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
