American Honda Finance talks offering of three-, seven-year notes

Concord, N.H., Jan. 11 – American Honda Finance Corp. was marketing a two-part offering of three-year notes and seven-year notes, according to a market source.

A tranche due Jan. 13, 2025 was being talked in the Treasuries plus 50 basis points to 55 bps area.

A tranche due Jan. 12, 2029 was being talked in the Treasuries plus 80 bps area.

BofA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are working as bookrunners for the deal.

American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
