American Honda talks two-part offering of notes due 2024, 2026

Chicago, Sept. 7 – American Honda Finance Corp. is marketing a two-part offering of three-year notes and five-year notes, based on details provided by a market source.

A tranche due Aug. 9, 2024 is being talked in the Treasuries plus 55 basis points area and a tranche due Sept. 9, 2026 has talk in the Treasuries plus 70 bps area.

ANZ Securities Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and MUFG are working as bookrunners for the deal.

American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
