Columbus, Ohio, May 18 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $400 million of 0.35% two-year medium-term notes (A3/A-) on Tuesday at 99.998 to yield 0.351%, or a spread of Treasuries plus 20 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
American Honda Finance is a Torrance, Calif.-based financing arm of American Honda Motor Co.
