American Financial to redeem $375 million 3.5% senior notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, May 4 – American Financial Group, Inc. plans to redeem all $375 million outstanding 3.5% senior notes due 2026, according to a news release.

The notes (Cusip: 025932AK0) will be redeemed on June 3 at par plus a make-whole amount plus interest.

American Financial is a Cincinnati-based insurance holding company.
