S&P rates American Airlines pass-throughs
Standard & Poor’s said it assigned its preliminary A (sf) rating to American Airlines Inc.’s series 2015-1 class A pass-through certificates (with an expected maturity of May 1, 2027).
At the same time, S&P assigned a preliminary BBB (sf) rating to the company’s series 2015-1 class B pass-through certificates (with an expected maturity of May 1, 2023).
