America Movil to redeem 4 1/8% senior notes due 2019 on July 22

Morgantown, W.Va., June 26 – America Movil SAB de CV issued a notice of redemption for its 4 1/8% senior notes due 2019.

The notes will be redeemed in full on July 22.

The redemption price will equal the greater of par and the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on an annual basis at the Bund rate plus 50 basis points, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecommunications company.
