America Movil to sell dollar-denominated senior notes due 2032

Knoxville, Tenn., July 18 – America Movil SAB de CV plans to issue dollar-denominated senior notes due 2032, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the global coordinator and is a joint bookrunner with BofA Securities Inc. and Barclays.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.

Counsel for the issuer is provided by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (United States) and by Bufete Robles Miaja, S.C. (Mexico) and for the underwriters by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (United States) and by Ritch, Mueller y Nicolau S.C. (Mexico).

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

America Movil is a Mexico City-based telecommunications company.
