Mexico's America Movil files automatic shelf registration for debt

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 - America Movil SA de CV filed an automatic shelf registration in an F-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers debt securities, guarantees and warrants to purchase debt securities.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

America Movil is a wireless communication services provider based in Colonia Anahuac, Mexico.
