Amdocs calls remaining 0.5% convertible senior notes due 2024

New York, Aug. 1 – Amdocs Ltd. will redeem the remaining $211,000 of its 0.5% convertible senior notes due 2024 on Sept. 6.

The company will pay par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, according to a news release.

Thanks to repurchases and conversions, the original $450 million issued in March 2004 has been reduced to the current outstanding amount, Amdocs said.

Holders may convert the remaining notes up until the close of business on Sept. 2 at the rate of 24.4551 shares per $1,000 principal amount. Amdocs stock closed at $58.36 on Friday.

Amdocs is a St. Louis-based provider of customer software for communications, entertainment and media service providers.
