New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.11 million autocallable contingent interest notes tied to Amazon.com
New York, June 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.11 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Dec. 7, 2022 linked to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.35%, payable quarterly, if the stock closes above 80% of its initial level on a related observation date. Previously unpaid coupons will also be paid.
The securities will be called automatically starting March 4, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock closes above its initial level.
At maturity the payout will be par if the stock closes above its 80% trigger level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
