Allied Digital board to consider convertibles offering

Des Moines, March 3 - Allied Digital Services Ltd. announced that its board will consider an issue of shares, warrants or convertible securities at a meeting on March 11.

The board will also consider increasing its borrowing limit, which is set at Rs. 1 billion.

Allied Digital is a Mumbai, India-based information technology infrastructure management and technical support services outsourcing company.
