S&P alters Alliance Pipeline view to stable

S&P said it changed the outlook for Alliance Pipeline to stable from positive and affirmed the BBB+ ratings on its senior notes.

“We are revising our outlook to stable from positive due to the weaker performance of seasonal firm revenues and a reduction in basis differentials,” S&P said in a press release.
