Peru's Alicorp mandates three leads for dollar notes roadshow

Atlanta, March 8 - Peru's Alicorp SAA is on a roadshow with BofA Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan and BCP Capital for a dollar-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

The roadshow started Friday in Bogota and will travel to London, Lima, Switzerland, Santiago, Boston and Los Angeles before concluding on March 14 in New York.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S offering is expected to follow.

Alicorp is a Callou, Peru-based consumer goods company.
