Alexander Gallo Holdings U.S. Trustee appoints creditors committee

Pittsburgh, Sept. 15 - Alexander Gallo Holdings, LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 2 U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Gearoid E. Moore, representing Aptara, Inc. of Falls Church, Va.; Steven D. Sass, representing Receivable Management Services of Hunt Valley, Md.; and Winston Noteholders, LLC agent A. Scott Andrews of Harvest Equity Partners of Middleburg, Va.

Alexander Gallo Holdings is an Atlanta-based parent company to privately owned court reporting and litigation solutions companies Esquire Solutions and Sanction Solutions. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 7. The Chapter 11 case number is 11-14220.
