Air Lease offers Canadian dollar notes due 2024 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 26 – Air Lease Corp. intends to sell Canadian dollar-denominated fixed-rate series A medium-term notes due 2024, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., RBC Capital Markets Corp. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

The Los Angeles aircraft leasing company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.
