Air France to early redeem remaining Oceanes due 2026 on May 10

Columbus, Ohio, April 8 – Air France-KLM said that it will redeem its remaining outstanding convertible notes in the Oceanes structure due March 25, 2026 (ISIN: FR0013410628) on May 10, according to a notice.

The company reported that, following the exercise of the put option by bondholders, less than 15% of the initially issued Oceanes are outstanding.

The redemption price will be par plus accrued interest of €0.00282 per Oceane.

Holders may exercise their right to convert their bonds into new and/or existing shares of the company until April 26.

Air France is a Paris-based airline.
