Moody’s gives Ba1 to Aircastle notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to Aircastle Ltd.’s senior unsecured notes due 2023.

The company’s Ba1 corporate family rating and stable rating outlook are unchanged.

Moody’s said the Ba1 rating assigned to the new notes reflects Aircastle's fundamental credit profile and the notes' relative priority in Aircastle's capital structure. The company maintains a competitive mid-tier position within the aircraft leasing industry, has a record of profitable operations and possesses solid capital and liquidity positions, the agency said.
