S&P rates ABC International A-
S&P said it assigned an A- rating to ABC International Holdings Ltd.
ABC International is owned by the Agricultural Bank of China Ltd.
“We expect ABC International to receive timely parental support and indirectly benefit from Chinese government support through ABC, if needed. Therefore, the rating on ABC International is one notch lower than its parent, ABC,” said S&P in a press release.
The outlook is stable.
