Moody's rates AHML bonds Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 long-term global local currency debt rating to senior secured debt of Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending, which benefits from an explicit and irrevocable guarantee issued by the government of the Russian Federation.

The outlook is stable.

The rating of Baa1 was assigned to RUB 2.25 billion senior secured regular bond due Oct. 15, 2010, RUB 900 million senior secured regular bond due Feb. 1, 2012, RUB 2.2 billion senior secured regular bond due July 15, 2011 and Oct. 15, 2012, RUB 7 billion senior secured regular bond due Dec. 15, 2013, RUB 2.5 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) July 15, 2011, July 15, 2013 and July 15, 2014, RUB 4 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) Oct. 10, 2013, July 15, 2015 and July 15, 2016, RUB 5 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) Feb. 15, 2013, Feb. 15, 2015, Feb. 15, 2016 and Feb. 15, 2017, RUB 5 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) June 15, 2012, March 15, 2014, June 15, 2017 and June 15, 2018, RUB 6 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) Nov. 15, 2014, Nov. 15, 2016 and Nov. 15, 2018, RUB 7 billion senior secured regular bond due April 15, 2018, RUB 10 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) Sept. 15, 2015, Sept. 15, 2016, Sept. 15, 2017, Sept. 15, 2018, Sept. 15, 2019, Sept. 15, 2020, RUB 10 billion senior secured regular bond due (by installments) Sept. 15, 2017, Sept. 15, 2019, Sept. 15, 2020, Sept. 15, 2021, RUB 7 billion senior secured regular bond due May 15, 2023 and RUB 7 billion senior secured regular bond due Sept. 15, 2028.
