ACS to redeem 4% convertibles

New York, Feb. 12 - Affiliated Computer Services Inc. said it will call its 4% convertible subordinated notes due March 15, 2005.

The Dallas, Texas information technology company will redeem the notes at 101.71 plus accrued interest.

ACS added that the redemption date is March 15 and noteholders may convert their notes at any time up to the close of business on March 14.
