Knoxville, Tenn., April 7 – 1pm Industries, Inc. priced a $10 million public offering of stock, according to a Form S-1 filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company will sell 10 million common shares at $1.00 per share on a self-underwritten basis.
The company is based in Beverly Hills, Calif. Its business focus is on direct marketing and infomercials of consumer-related products.
